Service Description
With this Reschedule insurance it gives you the option to reschedule if you need to, within our cancellation window. Whether it’s a family emergency or any other delay, you are cover! Count on us to catch your special moments with care and style! "Note" Appointment Insurance must be purchased by the end of your current appointment time. For example, if you have a 1pm to 2pm appointment booked, your insurance must be purchased prior to 2pm that day. All payments are final, and refunds and/or credits are not provided. Appointment rescheduling is based on availability, and the rescheduled appointment must be completed 45 days after the insurance is purchased. Once you reschedule your appointment using your Rescheduling Insurance, that particular appointment can not be rescheduled again.
Cancellation Policy
*Total payment must be paid in full before your session/event starts* *The photographer retains copyrights over all photographic work and may use it for self-promotion. The client is granted the right to use all images for personal purposes, both online and offline. For commercial use, the client must obtain permission. * If client is late for his/her session. upon arrival, session time will begin until session time has ended. {Photographer may grant 10-20 minute extension depending on time availability. (not required)} *Note* 100% of your deposit will be forfeited without the purchase of our Reschedule Appointment Insurance for all packages and sessions, THIS INCLUDES ENGAGMENTS/WEDDINGS AND EVENTS.
